The ideal candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through the completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas: Individual Hearings; Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas; Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; RFE; Removal Proceedings; Bond Hearings; Cancellation of Removal Proceedings; Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal; Waivers; EB-5 and H-1B; Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals; Drafting and submitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider; and other duties assigned. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. Must preferably be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing.
