San Antonio office of our client seeks a litigation attorney with 5-6 years of experience. The candidate should have experience in legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda as well as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Should preferably have strong litigation skills, including trial and pre-trial experience, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and counseling clients on matters related to litigation. A portable book of business is required. Must be licensed in Texas. Should be able to read and write both English and Spanish.
The candidate must have outstanding academic credentials. Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a willingness to work in a team environment are required.
