  • Provide technical and legal support in patent litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of legal experience, focusing on intellectual property law.
  • Experience in drafting patent applications and prosecuting patents.
  • Proficiency in conducting patent searches and analyses.
  • Admission to the USPTO.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
