Senior Renewable Energy/Project Finance Associate Attorney

The successful candidate will have early responsibility on complex transactions and should possess exposure to tax equity, M&A, and debt financing structures.

Duties:

• Provide legal support and advice on renewable energy transactions.
• Take early responsibility on complex transactions within the thriving group.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of tax equity, M&A, and debt financing structures.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Mid-level experience in renewable energy transactional work.
• Exposure to tax equity, M&A, and debt financing structures.

• Strong understanding of renewable energy transactional matters.
• Legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
