Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for drafting various legal documents, including initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activities, along with motions and responses to discovery.

To excel in this position, candidates must exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional research abilities and written and oral communication skills. Experience in medical records analysis is a valuable asset. This role requires candidates to be licensed attorneys in the state of Tennessee, with a minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience.
