A law firm in Denver is seeking an ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience to provide excellent legal services and contribute to the growth of a well-established practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent professional credentials, client service capabilities, and strong analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal services related to ERISA and employee benefits matters.
  • Assist clients with the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans.
  • Advise clients on compliance with ERISA, IRS, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in disputes and litigation related to employee benefits.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting employee benefits.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in any state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERISA and employee benefits law.
  • Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
