Corporate/Private Equity Associate Attorney

Fort Lauderdale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate/private equity associate attorney with 3 years of experience in the corporate group of a law firm and significant experience in complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions on the buy and sell-side), business formation matters, corporate governance, and contract matters. The candidate should preferably have private equity experience.

The candidate should be proactive, with a strong business sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting, and issue resolution skills. Must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
