The candidate must have experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations, and other white-collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters. Experience in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General) enforcement organizations would be helpful.
