Technology Specialist needed for Minneapolis office

Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks technology specialist with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate will draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures. Will correspond with the patent office about pending patent applications. Advise patent litigation teams based on their own technical and scientific areas of expertise. Interview inventors about new ideas. Should have a Bachelor's degree, or higher, in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering, plus significant experience with writing about mechanical/medical device concepts. Must have experience with a variety of mechanical and electrical inventions, including experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to medical devices or other mechanical and electrical devices. Should have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Must preferably be registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.
