A law firm in Newark is seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and related proceedings, financial reorganization, and creditors’ rights. Strong writing, research, and oral communication skills are essential.

Job Details:

• Experience with complex corporate restructuring is a plus.
• Strong writing skills are necessary for drafting complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
