A law firm in Newark is seeking an Associate/Counsel with 4-10 years of experience in Bankruptcy. The ideal candidate should have NJ Bar admission (required) and NY Bar admission (preferred), along with strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in bankruptcy cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy-related matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and bankruptcy filings.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding bankruptcy issues.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of experience in Bankruptcy.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional writing skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• NJ Bar admission (required).
• NY Bar admission (preferred).
