Job Overview: A law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a talented Mid-Level or Senior Global Projects Transactional Associate Attorney with expertise in construction contracts, particularly in the energy industry. Duties:

Requirements:

• Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice (Washington, DC preferred).
• 3 or more years of experience in global projects transactions, focusing on construction contracts in the energy industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and supervising junior associates.
• Strong drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex legal issues and information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
