  • Support clients in structuring and executing complex technology-driven deals, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of required regulatory filings and documentation.
  • Stay updated on legal developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the practice area.
  • Provide legal research and support to senior attorneys on various technology-related legal matters.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm setting.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions involving public companies.
  • Proficiency in securities laws, disclosure requirements, and compliance issues for public companies.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including a law degree from a reputable institution.
  • Relevant Bar admission in the state of New York or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
