Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of civil defense litigation experience. The candidate will be a part of a team that handles general liability, premises liability, security, workers compensation, construction, trucking, product liability, and contracts cases in both state and federal courts nationwide. Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from intake to conclusion. Represent clients in premises liability, dram shop, products, and construction litigation. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations. Communicate regularly with clients and provide defense plans and status reports. Must be admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and/or New York.

The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school. Must have exceptional written, organizational and educational skills. Superior communication, writing, and research skills are a must.
