A law firm in Newark is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to independently manage a caseload involving Plaintiff Personal Injury matters in the state of New Jersey. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload involving Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.
• Demonstrate a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals seeking compensation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
• Stay abreast of developments in Personal Injury law in New Jersey

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in handling Plaintiff Personal Injury cases
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical, research, and writing experience
• Exceptional people skills and a strong team player
