Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Marietta, GA, seeks a diligent and experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, assist with case management, attend legal proceedings, and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. The Associate Attorney will also be expected to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and briefs
• Assist with case management, including organizing files and documents
• Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
• Prepare for and participate in court proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar Association
• 2-5 years of experience
