Family Law Associate Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks family law associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will manage assigned caseload. Will draft and respond to correspondence. Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs. Propound and respond to discovery. Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel and the courts. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings in person and via Microsoft Teams. Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings, depositions and trials. Track billable time. Assist the supervising attorney in all phases of the practice. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.

The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. Must be highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
