Job Overview:

  • Manage intake of new clients, sales, and case management, including personalized matching with litigators.
  • Provide telephone consultations on demand and gather relevant information.
  • Collaborate with team members and demonstrate a solution-oriented approach.
  • Practice superior time management and possess strong initiative.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and commitment to client service.

 

Duties:

  • Handle intake of new clients and set up in software systems.
  • Provide telephone consultations and gather necessary information.
  • Match clients with appropriate litigators based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Practice superior time management and demonstrate strong initiative.
  • Possess excellent writing, communication, and language skills.
  • Utilize MS Office Applications for documentation and communication.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.

 

Requirements:

  • California Bar License.
  • 2+ years of legal experience.
  • General legal knowledge of family law, probate, and trust and estate matters preferred.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bi/multi-lingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

California Bar License.

 

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Capacity to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
