A law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney with a focus on health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting a variety of legal documents, demonstrating strong communication and project management skills, and effectively collaborating with clients and legal professionals. The position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation, particularly in the specified practice areas.

 

Job Details:

  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
  • Possess transferable skills and a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
  • Utilize strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
  • Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
  • Proficient in motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.

 

Certifications:

Active Bar membership in good standing.

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Efficient and responsive communication with clients and legal professionals.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
