A law firm located in Miami is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to handle a wide range of captivating commercial litigation cases. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, active membership in the Florida Bar, and strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Duties:

• Serve in a wide range of captivating commercial litigation cases.
• Handle various commercial litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing comprehensive legal analysis.
• Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and visit clients as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies for achieving favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and communication to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with firm policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous experience in commercial litigation or related practice areas preferred.
