Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Miami is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of labor and employment defense experience. The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar. The role requires expertise in employment counseling, litigation, and strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Duties:

• Provide employment counseling and litigation support before federal and state courts and government agencies.
• Counsel employers on labor and employment law issues.

Requirements:
