A law firm in Miami, is actively seeking a Mid-Level Traditional Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in traditional employment and labor practices, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, strikes, injunctions, and NLRB elections. Strong communication, research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team. Relevant law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and a distinguished academic background from a nationally recognized law school are preferred.

 

Duties:

  • Practice in traditional employment and labor areas, handling collective bargaining, arbitrations, strikes, injunctions, and NLRB elections.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Perform all assigned duties, tasks, or projects in a diligent manner.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in NY, CA, FL, or PA.
  • 3-6 years of traditional labor and employment experience.
  • Experience before the National Labor Relations Board is a plus.
