Senior Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A Las Vegas, NV law firm seeks a Senior Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience. The role involves working closely with the established team of litigators and a diverse client base. Job Duties:

• Collaborate with the firm's litigation team and support the existing client base.
• Handle labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice and representation to clients in labor and employment disputes.
• Participate in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Meet annual billing requirements with additional bonuses for exceeding minimum hours.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Preference for labor and employment experience; general civil litigation experience is welcome.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
