Duties:

  • Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in international law matters, including cross-border transactions, trade disputes, and global regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide comprehensive advice on international legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate international agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings related to international law disputes.
  • Stay current on global legal developments, international treaties, and geopolitical factors affecting international business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, specializing in international law.
  • Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in international law or related fields (preferred).
