Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Red Bank office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex employment-related documentation, such as executive employment, consulting, restrictive covenant, commission, bonus, retention, change-in-control and severance agreements. The ideal candidate must have experience in counseling employers on matters including hiring, disciplining and terminating employees, family and medical leaves, disability leaves and accommodations, anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation laws, wage and hour compliance, and reductions in workforce.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and excellent communications skills. Must be highly motivated and possess strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.
