Duties:

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Provide oral advocacy in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams.
• Prepare and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Manage and organize case documents and files.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in commercial and business litigation.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
