Duties

• Collaborate with partners on ERISA-related matters.
• Advise on tax-qualified retirement plans and compliance.

• Assist in structured finance transactions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and related areas.
• Experience with 401(k), pension, and health and welfare plans preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.
