Job Overview: The Junior Real Estate Investments and Transactions Associate Attorney will play a critical role in assisting the firm's real estate practice group. This role requires a strong foundation in real estate law and transactions, as well as exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in researching and analyzing real estate legal issues.
• Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including contracts, deeds, and leases.
• Attend and participate in client meetings and negotiations.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches and property inspections.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to real estate investments and transactions.
• Provide support in real estate litigation matters, as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the state of New York.
• 1 year of experience in real estate law, preferably with a focus on real estate investments and transactions.
