Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Litigation Associate Richard G. Cole, III to the firm’s Miami office.
Cole is a skilled trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including commercial contracts, construction, banking, real estate, defamation and employment, as well as trusts and estates disputes. He has considerable experience in high-stakes and bet-the-company litigation and consistently delivers top-notch outcomes for clients, both before and at trial.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Cole was a commercial litigation associate at a Virginia law firm. There, as lead attorney, he successfully defended seven-figure claims and obtained favorable verdicts on behalf of clients in multiple jury trials. He also served as a law clerk for the Hon. David A. Oblon of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
