Armstrong Teasdale Adds Associates Yan Borodanski, John Podobinski
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associates Yan Borodanski and John W. Podobinski to the firm’s New York and Boston offices, respectively. They are among more than 180 lawyers and staff professionals who have joined Armstrong Teasdale in 2022 alone.
Borodanski, who joins the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice, focuses on bankruptcy litigation. He has represented Chapter 11 creditors, debtors and trustees in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings, including those related to trustee avoidance actions, automatic stay issues, plan confirmation, setoff, recoupment and executory contract rights.
Podobinski focuses his practice on patent, trademark and intellectual property matters. He has experience in prosecuting patent applications, advising worldwide prosecution strategies, and prosecuting trademark applications. He has also conducted intellectual property due diligence matters, including freedom-to-operate, patentability and market exclusivity analyses. A former research associate, Podobinski’s scientific background makes him invaluable to U.S. and international clients in the areas of biotechnology, stem cell biology, neuroscience, devices and materials sciences.
