Armstrong Teasdale Adds Miami Partner Keith Silverstein
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Partner Keith D. Silverstein to the firm’s Miami office. He is among more than 180 lawyers and staff professionals who have joined Armstrong Teasdale in 2022 alone.
Silverstein concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury and product liability, securities fraud and insurance-related matters. He conducts all aspects of federal and state civil litigation, appeals and arbitrations, including disputes involving contract, fiduciary duty, fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent transfers, business partnerships, construction, real estate and commercial lending. Silverstein also has diverse experience in commercial lending and has represented issuers, underwriters and loan sellers in significant structured finance transactions involving commercial and residential mortgage loans and has represented clients in the purchase and sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine and subordinate debt.
He frequently serves as outside general counsel for a diverse group of clients, including a multinational technology company; a Florida-based international cosmetics manufacturer and retailer; a real estate development company with more than $100 million under management; numerous automotive dealerships and vehicle floorplan lenders.
