Fisher Phillips Adds Employment Litigator in Phoenix

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jacob practiced at an Arizona-based firm where he handled all aspects of employment litigation in federal and state court involving claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He also handled workplace investigations and counseled employers and individuals on matters involving arbitration, noncompetition, and confidentiality agreements.
At Fisher Phillips, Jacob will continue representing employers in workplace law disputes and will advise clients on compliance with a wide variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations. He will also provide counseling and help employers of all sizes prevent workplace disputes by advising them on employee training, handbooks, and policy creation.
Jacob earned his law degree from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law during which he gained valuable legal experience clerking in the offices of United States Senator John Thune and Arizona Governor Doug Ducey. After law school, Jacob served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly H. Ortiz of Arizona Superior Court for Pima County.
