Justin Gingerich Joins Dickinson Wright Chicago Office
Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Justin Gingerich has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Of Counsel.
Justin focuses his practice on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He takes a comprehensive approach to assist his clients in planning and executing strategic and financial transactions to meet their business goals. Justin works with start-ups and private companies to manage their life cycle from formation and structuring to fundraising and strategic exits. He drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide-range of commercial contracts and agreements to enable his clients to achieve their strategic and business objectives.
Justin is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch”. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Justin received his B.A. from Northeastern University and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
