Armstrong Teasdale Welcomes Associates Gabrielle Gesek, John Moore and Nicole Planell
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associates Gabrielle M. Gesek, John R. Moore and Nicole P. Planell to the firm. They are among more than 120 lawyers and staff professionals who have joined Armstrong Teasdale in 2022 alone.
Gesek is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group in Philadelphia, where she focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations and complex commercial disputes. Her prior experience includes working on labor and employment matters and commercial litigation at another Philadelphia law firm.
Moore has rejoined the St. Louis office as a member of the Financial and Real Estate Services practice group after spending the past three years as in-house compliance counsel for a large financial services firm. His law practice primarily focuses on mergers, acquisitions and real estate transactions. Moore regularly assists clients of all sizes with commercial, finance and real estate transactions; mergers, acquisitions and restructurings; and general corporate governance and compliance.
Planell, a Litigation associate in the firm’s Miami office, focuses in the areas of commercial litigation, construction defects and professional liability. She has a demonstrated history of managing complex civil litigation cases in the areas of real estate and insurance defense law, including title claims, code compliance, consumer lending practices, construction defects, indemnity claims, professional malpractice, premises liability and general liability claims.
