Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Lori K. Mans has joined the firm as a principal. Lori joins the firm from Constangy Brooks, Smith & Prophete LLP and has almost 20 years of experience in workplace law matters.

Her experience in labor relations includes providing clients with advice and counseling on collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and litigating unfair labor practice charges.
Lori also provides advice and counsel to private and public employers, including local, national, and international employers, regarding various federal, state, and local employment laws, including privacy laws, drug testing laws, Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and whistleblower laws.
Lori is an active member of the Jacksonville and legal community. She served as the Legislative Director and Membership Director of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management and was a board member of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for many years, most recently as President. In addition, she served as an Associate and as a Barrister of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court and was appointed by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida to the Local Rules Advisory Committee.
“Lori’s litigation and labor experience will be instrumental in supporting the everyday needs of our clients based in Jacksonville and beyond,” said Office Managing Principal Benjamin D. Sharkey. “Her arrival bolsters the depth and breadth of the Jacksonville team, making us the largest labor and employment group locally and across North Florida. We are thrilled to welcome Lori to the firm.”
Lori earned her J.D. from the University of Florida and her B.A. from the University of North Florida.
