Alston & Bird has enhanced its environmental litigation capabilities with the addition of Jason Levin, who joins the firm’s Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources Group as a partner in the Los Angeles office.
“Jason brings seasoned perspective and a sterling reputation for helping clients defend complex products liability, toxic torts, and class action matters, including high-stakes disputes involving chemicals and the oil and gas industry,” said Greg A. Bolstered by nearly three decades of litigation experience, Jason’s practice also focuses on commercial litigation, California’s Unfair Competition Law and anti-SLAPP statutes, the Lanham Act and false advertising, and California consumer protection statutes.
