John Balboni Joins Nelson Mullins in Boston
John Balboni has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Real Estate team as a partner. He will be resident in their Boston office.
Balboni focuses his practice on real estate private equity and opportunity zone transactions. Additionally, he handles other general real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and debt transactions.
Balboni’s client base is wide-ranging, and he routinely advises real estate start-ups to global institutions and everything in between. These include developers, real estate companies, private funds, insurance companies, domestic and international family offices, investment banks, local, national and international banks, REITs, and other institutional investors.
He received his JD from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
