Goodman Joins Corporate, Securities and M&A Team
Dan Goodman has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Corporate, Securities and M&A Team.
Goodman utilizes his securities and corporate law experience to develop impactful and constructive solutions for clients across industries ranging from micro-enterprises to high-tech companies.
Goodman combines his business acumen and deep legal know-how to provide clients with effective results in the areas of business practices and formation, corporate growth and governance, fundraising and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise law.
Prior to private practice, Goodman served as a financial legal examiner in the Securities Division of the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. While there, he reviewed franchise and securities offerings, engaged in agency rulemaking, and served as a member of the North American Securities Administrators Association’s REIT project group.
Goodman received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, in Finance and Economics from Eastern Washington University.
