Sean Gouhin Joins Dickinson Wright Columbus Office
Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Sean Gouhin has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Of Counsel.
Sean focuses his practice on a variety of areas, including corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, emerging companies and cybersecurity. With nearly 30 years of experience practicing law, he has worked with clients in a variety of areas to navigate the complexities of running a business. Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Sean was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel to a cybersecurity company based in Ohio.
Sean is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has been involved in numerous community organizations including The Childhood League, Columbus Academy Youth Football, and the Midwest Marlins National Travel Baseball. Sean received his B.A. from Capital University, his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law, and his LL.M. in Federal Taxation from Capital University Law School.
