Gregory Hall rejoins DLA Piper’s Corporate practice in Phoenix
Hall advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions; capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; tender offers and exchange offers; domestic and international joint ventures; venture capital and private equity transactions; bank financings; and debt restructurings.

Hall was previously a partner at DLA Piper. He joins from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.
