Gregory Hall rejoins DLA Piper’s Corporate practice in Phoenix
DLA Piper announced today that Gregory Hall has rejoined the firm’s Corporate practice as a partner in the Phoenix office.
Hall advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions; capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; tender offers and exchange offers; domestic and international joint ventures; venture capital and private equity transactions; bank financings; and debt restructurings.

As we continue to grow our M&A and capital markets capabilities in strategic markets, his experience advising clients in a broad range of sectors, including the technology, manufacturing and transportation industries, will be advantageous,” said Kathleen Ruhland, US chair and global co-chair of DLA Piper’s Corporate practice.
“Greg has strong ties to the Phoenix business community, as well as a solid track record of helping multinational clients navigate complex business challenges,” said David Lewis, managing partner of the firm’s Phoenix office. “We are excited to have him back on board, both for the benefit of our Arizona-based clients, as well as the expansion of our global corporate team.”
Hall was previously a partner at DLA Piper. He joins from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.
