Ms. Schwartz has served as bond counsel and underwriter counsel on several notable tax-exempt financings in the US. Her expertise serving as underwriter’s counsel included the issuance of a $124 million public improvement bond issuance supporting a nearly $1 billion, 56-acre, regional waterfront development. She served as Co-Disclosure counsel on a $2.4 billion special facilities bonds issuance supporting a nearly $4 billion public-private partnership for the design, operation and maintenance of an airport terminal.
