Greenberg Traurig Brings on Will Krogh as Latest Addition to Philadelphia Office
Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s award-winning Global Real Estate Practice continues its onward march with attorney growth, including in its Philadelphia office which began 2022 by bringing aboard William M. Krogh as an of counsel in the practice.
While many companies experienced “The Great Resignation,” the real estate team at Greenberg Traurig bolstered its global roster in key markets worldwide by strategically recruiting attorneys with deep experience and real estate sector knowledge.
The global practice grew its overall roster by four dozen attorneys globally, and Krogh is the latest such hire for the Philadelphia office. Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia Real Estate team now stands at 12 core members, comprising 20% of the office’s attorneys, whereas four years ago the team comprised less than 10%.
“We have been methodical and strategic in our expansion here — focused on amplifying the practices where the greatest opportunities lie — and real estate remains central to that outlook,” said Curtis B. Toll, managing shareholder for the Philadelphia office. “As the recovery of our economy unfolds regionally and locally, the real estate market continues to reflect changes in corporate and consumer demands at an accelerated pace.
