Kyle Gillen joins Honigman Corporate Department
Honigman LLP is pleased to announce Kyle Gillen has joined its Corporate Department as a Partner in the firm’s Chicago office. Gillen focuses his practice on debt financing transactions and other corporate transactions. He has represented public and private companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies as well as direct and alternative financial institutions.

Gillen joins Honigman from Kirkland & Ellis. He earned his J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology, magna cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of Illinois.
