Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Ashley D. Adkins
Goldberg Segalla added Ashley D. Adkins to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Orlando.
Ashley counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator, with experience mediating disputes between parties to deliver positive resolutions. Ashley draws on experience as a legal research analyst with Thomson Reuters, and as a special deputy attorney with the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. During law school, she gained experience through internships with a private law firm as well as the Orange County Public Defender’s Ninth Judicial Circuit.
Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her juris doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law.
