Business Litigation Attorney Frederick C. Biehl, III Joins McCarter & English in Newark
McCarter & English, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Frederick C. Biehl, III to the firm’s Business Litigation group as a partner in the Newark office. Biehl has more than 35 years of experience focusing on commercial litigation, business disputes, and mergers and acquisitions.

Biehl’s litigation practice is focused primarily on business disputes, shareholder and partner disputes, trade secrets and construction defects. He has litigated matters in federal and state courts throughout the country. Additionally, Biehl has extensive experience forming business entities, commercial agreements, and financing real estate transactions for a range of private and publicly traded companies. He often serves as an external general counsel for small companies.

Biehl received his J.D. (cum laude) from Whittier College School of Law and his B.S. from Seton Hall University. He also has an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University.
