Business Litigation Attorney Frederick C. Biehl, III Joins McCarter & English in Newark

Biehl’s litigation practice is focused primarily on business disputes, shareholder and partner disputes, trade secrets and construction defects. He has litigated matters in federal and state courts throughout the country. Additionally, Biehl has extensive experience forming business entities, commercial agreements, and financing real estate transactions for a range of private and publicly traded companies. He often serves as an external general counsel for small companies.

Biehl received his J.D. (cum laude) from Whittier College School of Law and his B.S. from Seton Hall University. He also has an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University.
