Schirmer Joins Commercial Litigation and Construction Teams
Jonathan Schirmer has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Commercial Litigation and Construction Teams.
He has represented property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals on complex public and private matters. He has litigated in Washington and Alaska state and federal courts and has extensive experience in federal contracting issues at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and high-stakes bid protest actions at the Government Accountability Office.
Being the son of a contractor, Schirmer grew up on construction sites and is committed to helping construction professionals navigate and solve complicated disputes and the legal landscape of commercial litigation
Schirmer received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Montana State University.
