Goldberg Segalla added Nicholas J. Directo to the firm’s Global Insurance Services group in Los Angeles.
Nick focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith matters in state and federal courts throughout California. He regularly counsels and defends insurance industry clients in a wide range of coverage matters, including commercial property, construction defect, personal injury, cyber liability and technology, professional liability, directors and officers liability, and first-party claims. Nick’s experience includes investigating and evaluating coverage issues, interpreting insurance policies, providing liability analysis, recommending action plans for resolution, and negotiating settlements. He has represented insurers in pre-litigation and litigation claims made against commercial property and general liability policies, handling bad faith and contribution matters.
Nick earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, and his juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
