Ice Miller Welcomes Business Partner Brian Harvey
Ice Miller LLP recently welcomed Brian Harvey as a partner in its Business Group. Brian focuses his practice on advising hedge funds, private equity funds, commercial finance companies, investment banks and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, judicial and nonjudicial restructurings.
Brian also advises on asset-based financings, cash flow financings, first lien financings, second lien financings, unitranche financings and debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Brian served as special finance counsel in the corporate department of a New York-based firm. He was also a member of the firm’s Private Credit Group.
