Global law firm Rimon PC welcomes Corporate and Energy Partner Michael Joyce
Prior to joining Rimon, Mr. Joyce was a Partner with Akin Gump.
Mr. Joyce advises global corporations and institutional investors on their investments, divestitures, and projects, with a particular focus on the energy industry. Mr. Joyce provides strategic advice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving businesses, assets and shares, joint ventures, infrastructure, technology, project development, and construction. He advises clients on energy transactions, general corporate and commercial transactions as well as international commodities, licensing and distribution arrangements, and finance and restructuring transactions.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Joyce has served as general counsel to major Japanese technology companies including ITOCHU Corporation, Eneos Corporation and Toyoto Tsusho Corporation. He has extensive experience working in Asia, particularly with clients in Japan, Korea, and Australia, and has provided strategic advice on deals in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North and South America.
