Taft Minneapolis continues to grow with the addition of associate Max Schramm.
He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private securities offerings and transactions, commercial transactions, entertainment transactions, and general corporate law.
Prior to joining Taft, Max was an associate at a major law firm in the Minneapolis area. He earned his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2019, graduating summa cum laude. Before starting law school, Max was a professional in the financial advising industry.
